Pretty good but doesn't have the way back when recipes.
Lots of good advice in making a moist good cake. I loved that it was filled with lots of tips. The only thing you'll have to do is convert the recipes from the Euro measurements to American. Which is actually much easier than you think. I once traded measuring cups with a friend in the UK and we found much to our amusement.. that grams versus ounces is very easy to convert. Here's a good site that I found on the net. [...]
The ingredients are in metric measurements.
This book gives good instructions for making various types of fruitcakes. No longer will I have to buy fruitcakes or make poor quality fruitcakes.
