****SPOILERS****

This book has been reviewed enough, so I won't go into a description of the story. I'll just say that I really liked it, a lot. Some parts were SO GOOD. The emotion, the love, the angst, the anger, the hurt-- just everything. But mostly the undying love between Spike and Ciara was SO GOOD. Yes, Spike moved on and fell in love with and married Cheyenne because he truly believed Ciara didn't want him for more than anything but as a friend (totally her stupid doing!), yet at the same time, he didn't stop loving Ciara. He just tucked those feelings away, made some room in his heart to love her sister Cheyenne too and was committed to her while they were married. Probably would've been till the day he died had she not died first. But he himself said that even though he loved Cheyenne so much, and because a part of him never stopped loving Ciara regardless, he couldn't love Cheyenne as much as she deserved to be. Ciara was who he wanted first. She was his first choice, but it didn't turn out that way for a lot of sad, stupid, needless reasons. Both their faults, though probably Ciara's a little more than his if I'm going to be picky about it. :)
It was sort of both funny and sad to me that when Ciara and Spike finally start to heal and come together all those years later, to see that Ciara was often worrying and feeling that she was "second best" or the "second choice," now that Cheyenne was dead, yet it was very clear that if anyone was second best/choice, it was Cheyenne. Again- that's not to say that Spike didn't love Cheyenne, he did, just not to the level and emotion (he said so himself about the emotion) that he did Ciara. And anyway, it was heartbreaking all the miscommunication, Cheyenne's tragic death, and everything else they went through all because Spike and Ciara were too stubborn to just come out and share their feelings for one another when they had the chance to. But boy did all that in the past make up for some powerful and emotional and sexy as heck scenes between Spike and Ciara in the present! :) I do have to say though that it bugged me that Spike was willing to risk his life to avenge Cheyenne's death. On one hand I totally understood and got why he felt he had to, but on the other it was like why would you be willing to risk your life for someone who's dead and gone, when the woman you loved first and the most is alive and well??!! That was such a double edged sword for me. I got it, but I didn't like/agree with it. And when he woke up in the hospital later, he himself realized what an idiot he'd been to even do that. Better late than never I guess.
Spike and Ciara had a hard and painful road to go through to get their happily ever after, but in the end it was beautiful. I usually don't like love stories where one person loved/loves the other and only the other- while that other had loved not just the one, but someone else too. However I didn't mind it so much ( ok well maybe a tiny bit :) ) in this story because the love between Spike and Ciara, the connection and the emotion was on a level all it's own. And it was untouchable and unbreakable really- no matter that he moved on and ended up falling in love with Cheyenne too. It was untouchable and unbreakable even through all those years and through all their pain- even if Spike and Ciara spent a whole lot of wasted time denying it. By the time I read the last sentence in this book, it was made clear and there's is no doubt- as corny and cliche as it may sound- that Spike and Ciara are soul-mates. They were meant for each other before they even met.

Heaven Sinners The MC Sinners Series Book 2 edition by Bella Jewel Lauren Mckellar Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

Spike and Ciara's story goes way back before he ever knew her sister. These two were in love with each other yet had bad communication which lead to their relationship going south. He starts to date her sister and before long they are married. Spike makes some bad choices and ultimately she pays the price. Now, years later, he is having nightmares and loads of guilt. That incident also broke up his friendship with his best friend, Cade. Cade is part of the Hell's Knights MC. Spike runs the Heaven's Sinners MC.

Spike has feelings he buries deep for Ciara to the point that every time they see each other he's very hostile. It doesn't help that some of those feelings come from things she has said or has done since the passing of her sister towards him. These two can't be around each other with out nasty words being thrown at each other and feelings being hurt almost to the breaking point of no return.

Spike wants revenge against the people who tore his life apart. He also is starting to come to terms that he can't push Ciara away for ever and eventually he is going to have to claim her as his old lady. Before that happens, he will do all he can in his power to push her away.

Can these two finally come to terms with their feelings? Can he finally let go of his guilt? Can he make right his wrongs? Can he regain his friendship back with Cade? And can he keep Ciara safe, as well as him self, through all of this?

Oh and one more thing about Spike... he gets his nickname for the 7 piercings he has in a special place. Each of those piercings has a spike at the end.

Contentlanguage, violence, drinking and sexual situations.
Another brilliant book from Bella Jewel!!!!

This is the story of Ciara and Spike who you meet in book one. And as you would have seen there not exactky friendly with each other. Well Spike isn't friendly with Ciara after some serious stuff went down between them.

A few years back Spike and Ciara would have been the best of friends. Her the girl with money, friends with the grungy long haired biker. Can you hear the gossip!!! But this odd pairing found friendship.

Only the both started feeling more. But neither of them would make the move afraid they would lose the other one and the friendship would be gone forever.

But Ciara started pushing him away because her sister started sniffing around. Always after what poor Ciara had. They didn't have a very loving sisterly relationship. But there was only so much pushing Spike could take before he went. Leaving poor Ciara heart broken. Well she taught she was. But she didn't no pain until she had the one night with him. It wasn't romantic,he was her first and then.....he left. And her heart shattered.

That was it for poor Ciara she couldn't take anymore so she up and left leaving Spike to have her sister. But nothing was the same when she got back. He heart broke another little bit when she got home and found Spike married to her sister.....

But things didn't stay this way,and one night changed Spike and Ciara's life. The night his wife and her sister was murdered. By the hands of someone after Spike. Ciara blamed him. But she didn't really she was hurt and needed to vent,so she took it out on the person she loved the most.

This book is an emotional roller coaster. But once your on you won't wanna get off until it's finished. )
